About Me

I’m the Digital Strategist for B’nai B’rith International, a nonprofit that advocates for and promotes an array of human rights issues around the world. I head communications and branding strategy, offering modern and innovative solutions for a 172-year-old organization. I also serve as head of content creation for social media, multimedia presentations, video and graphics. I relish the opportunity to find creative solutions that achieve success without exhausting resources.

After hours, I serve as Web Content Specialist for CBS Radio in Washington, focusing on sports content for WJFK (106.7 The Fan). Working closely with others in the news room, I cover breaking and developing news that impacts and engages fans in the Washington market. Topics have included local coverage of the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, PGA and WWE.

Before joining B’nai B’rith or CBS Radio, I worked for the Washington Redskins, where I was lucky enough to be head of content when the team drafted Robert Griffin III. The digital team capitalized on the media spotlight, raising website traffic from 19th in the NFL to 5th, and increasing Twitter followers by 187%. The team also launched very successful Instagram and Google+ accounts.

If work is supposed to be feared, then I’ve never worked a day in my life–I love what I do. My favorite stage of a project is overcoming a roadblock with an effective and efficient solution. Developing my team members to be self-sufficient and resourceful under pressure is my greatest measure of success.

I fill some of my spare time by mentoring press corps high school students in the YMCA D.C.’s Youth & Government program.

I am originally from Seaford, Del. and currently reside in Alexandria, Va. I received my BA in Communications from Marymount University.

I’m always interested in hearing from former colleagues, managers, or just interesting creative folk, so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect.
